1. Always Use the right words
Instead of saying “ You don’t appreciate me” say “ I feel like I am not being heard..”
The right choice of words will help your partner better understand how you feel.
2. Say Nothing
If the emotional level is high it is better to say nothing. Even a break of few minutes can help you clear your mind.
3. Allow your other half to speak
You can have an opinion but don’t be defensive. Let your other half speak and show them you care. You need to be present emotionally as well as physically.
